Push Your Nose Upward for 10 Seconds, See What Happens...

For all you Nose envy peeps out there you might find this little snippet on nose exercise interesting and totally doable. I came across this video whilst browsing YouTube (love that stuff. I could research for hours!!). Of course, me, myself and I, is always pushing my nose upward any chance I get, therefore, I could not help but watch. Now, all this is fine and dandy, however, there are limitations with everything, and this is no exception. So, be realistic in your expectations.

Through my life people have always complimented me on my "small" nose. However, over the years it appeared, (to me), my nose was tilted slightly downward a tad. YIKES.

About a year or so ago, I began doing a few of these little exercises. After all, what did I have to lose? I was pretty diligent with these each day and did them while on the phone. Walking the dog, taking a bath and watching T.V.

I have to say, I really do think it has helped a little, so, if you would like to correct the issues mentioned in this video, go ahead and give this a bash. Just like me, you have nothing to lose.
